The forum was co-hosted by 15 bipartisan lawmakers, including Cho Seung-hwan, Lee Heon-seung, Han Jeoung-ae, and Kim Ye-ji. Held after a 2 September committee approval of an integrated legislative alternative, it addressed proposed Animal Protection Act amendments and implementation support for retired service animals.
